In order to unlock the doors of success, automakers looking to release new technology must first conduct research to find the right key. That is why Audi has sent a fleet of 20 sample A1 e-tron vehicles out onto the streets of Munich. As part of an initiative by the German government, the prototype models will collect information regarding road behavior of EV drivers and electric infrastructure requirements.
